If you are on a budget or don't have the time to arrange or manage your wedding, we offer an all-inclusive package plan.

Packages include facility rental, tables, chairs, linens, table toppers, decorations, wedding coordinator, catering, catering staff, full service from setup to cleanup, officiant, pianist, photography, cake, punch and security guard.

We can provide plans for 50 to 200 guests. Our catering offers a heavy hors d'ourves style buffet with many choices for your reception following your wedding ceremony.

FACILITY

A circa 1859 antebellum home featuring wrap around porch with rocking chairs and swing, nine fireplaces, a winding staircase, stained-glass windows, two parlors and two dining rooms furnished with beautiful antiques, kitchen/keeping room, music room, grand ballroom, bridal suite and groom's cottage changing rooms.

CATERING STAFF

You will enjoy the full service of the Something Special catering staff for the entire day of your event from set-up to clean-up.

CAKE

You may choose Specialty Sweets from Sweet Sensations, a boutique specializing in beautifully decorated wedding cakes, www.sweet-sensations.com or the Publix Bakery, which brings you choices like: Perfect Harmony, Forever Faithful, Waltz in the Garden and more! Our bakers offers a wide variety of styles, cake flavors, fillings, and icings.

WEDDING COORDINATOR

An event coordinator will work with you to assist you in planning out every detail of your event from start to finish. This includes an initial consultation which is open to you and any family members or friends, a one hour follow-up consultation to finalize your plans, telephone calls and e-mails, a one hour dress rehearsal and orchestrating the day of the event from beginning to end. Our wedding coordinator will work with you for approximately ten hours. Services beyond those listed will be subject to a $30 per hour charge.

PIANIST

Our pianists offers a wide selection of music. The pianist will consult with you so you can choose your style of music for the pre-wedding, post-wedding and one hour into the reception

OFFICIANT

We have several officiants available to officiate the ceremony and some also provide a counseling session prior to the wedding.

POLICE OFFICER/CROSSING GUARD

Something Special provides a crossing guard for your safety and that of your guests. The guard provides a safe cross-walk across Greenville Street.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Our photographers offer an exceptional package, which includes the wedding and reception photography, your choice of color or black and white or any combination of the two. You will receive a proof book album in which to make your selection of wedding photos. The proof book is yours to keep with a minimum order, and a digital disc is available at an additional charge. A detailed brochure is available upon request.
